PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION
June 2 Nature, Playground & Middle School
Camp
June 4 Preschool Camp
Registration for all camps, programs and trips is held at the Recreation Center beginning at 8am.
Space is limited for all programs and trips. In-person registration is required for all activities. Make checks payable to “Twp. of Gloucester” except where otherwise noted; two separate checks may be necessary.
Programs are for Township residents only. Bring a valid drivers license and second proof of residency to registration. Preschool registration also requires a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate and medical record.
Refunds will be given if the Recreation Department cancels a trip or program due to low enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel a trip or program if enough people have not registered in advance.
Program and camp refunds will be given minus a $10.00 processing fee. This refund must be requested before 20% of the scheduled classes are completed. Sports Camp refunds will be issued only if the request is made at least 1 week prior to the start. Please bring your receipt to the office for processing. All refunds take 30-45 days to process.
DAY CAMP INFORMATION
- Extended evening registration from 6-8pm on June 2, 3, & 4.
- Some camps may require additional fees.
- All Camp participants will receive a T-shirt.
- All camps will be closed on July 4.
NATURE CAMP
Monday - Friday, June 23 - August 1
9:00am - 12:00 Noon OR 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Cost: $160.00 per child
Children must be completing grades 1st-5th!
This very popular program is designed for children who are interested in nature and the environment. We will turn facts about the earth, outdoors, plants and people into exciting games, activities and craft projects. Please send a snack with your child daily.
This camp is held at Point Ariel Park. Children may only be registered for one session. A maximum of 60 children will be accepted per session.
PLAYGROUND CAMP
Monday - Friday, June 23 - August 1
9:00am - 12:00 Noon
Cost: $160.00 per child
Our Playground Camp offers your child a combination of crafts, games, drama and sports activities. Activities are held inside and outside at your desired location. Children must be completing grades K-5th. Please send a snack with your child daily. The adult staff to child ratio at each camp is a maximum of 1:15.

MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP
Monday - Friday, June 23 - August 1
8:45am - 11:45am
Cost: $160.00 per child
This camp is just for middle-schoolers who are currently attending grades 6, 7 & 8. Join us for a summer designed especially for this age group with sports, board games, crafts, weekly visits to the pool and bus trips including a River Sharks Game! This camp is held at the Recreation Center. This camp requires an additional fee for special events and trips. Trips will be announced the 1st week of the program.
PRESCHOOL CAMP
Monday - Friday, June 23 - August 1
9:00am - 12:00 Noon
Cost: $160.00 per child
Our summer preschool program is for children ages 3-5 who have not yet entered kindergarten. Children will be involved in fun activities such as arts & crafts, games, and music. Please send a snack with your child daily. Preschoolers must be potty-trained and have turned 3 by June 15 to be eligible for this program. The staff to child ratio at each camp is a maximum of 1:8.
