Registration for all camps, programs and trips is held at the Recreation Center beginning at 8am.
Space is limited for all programs and trips. In-person registration is required for all activities. Make checks payable to “Twp. of Gloucester” except where otherwise noted; two separate checks may be necessary.
Programs are for Township residents only. Bring a valid drivers license and second proof of residency to registration. Preschool registration also requires a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate and medical record.
Refunds will be given if the Recreation Department cancels a trip or program due to low enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel a trip or program if enough people have not registered in advance.
Program and camp refunds will be given minus a $10.00 processing fee. This refund must be requested before 20% of the scheduled classes are completed. Sports Camp refunds will be issued only if the request is made at least 1 week prior to the start. Please bring your receipt to the office for processing. All refunds take 30-45 days to process.

RECREATION CENTER OPEN GYM INFORMATION
The Recreation Center is open for basketball when scheduled, however, an application must be filled out for a free membership prior to first use. Membership cards will be issued and must be brought each session. To apply for a free membership, an adult (18+) must come to the Center during business hours and present a valid drivers license with a Gloucester Twp address and a utility bill as proof of residency. Check calendar for dates.
Basketball
Tuesdays - Thursdays 3:00PM - 5:00 PM
The recreation center is open for Drop-in basketball. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Walking
Fridays 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Come walk at the Recreation Center to get some excercise over the winter. The rink is available for indoor walking for adults 18+ through March. Please wear sneakers.
Adult Leagues
MEN’S SOFTBALL LEAGUE
Get your team ready now! The men's league will be played Monday and Wednesday nights beginning in April. The cost is $300. per team plus all umpire fees. The games are played at State Street, Democrat Club, and Gloucester Twp. Community Park fields. All games will start at 6:15pm. Information will be available in February. Please call the Recreation Dept. for more information.
MEN’S BASKETBALL 30+ LEAGUE
$200.00 per team plus Referee Fees
The Men's 30+ Basketball League will begin on Sunday, January 20, 2008. The deadline to register a team is Wednesday, January 9. The league will run for 10-12 weeks on Sunday mornings and Monday nights. A mandatory captain's meeting is set for January 2 at 7pm at the Recreation Center.
WOMEN’S SOFTBALL CLUB OF GT
The Women’s Softball Club of Gloucester Township will be accepting registration for the 2008 spring softball season beginning February 1st, 2008. This is a recreational 25 and over softball league. For more information and to register, please call 856-627-1019.
