The Camden County Technical School (CCTS) district is a public, non-profit secondary and post-secondary institution. The mission of CCTS is to demonstrate excellence and innovation in public education and to graduate skilled workers. The district strives to maintain an atmosphere of inquiry, continuous learning and interaction which enables students of all aspirations and abilities to develop to their fullest potential
CCTS offers courses in a number of disciplines including business and commerce, communication technology, construction technology, engineering and computer technology, health and medical services, hospitality and tourism, and personal and professional services.
The Technical Institute (TI), the adult division of Camden County Technical Schools. Adults can pursue occupational and career education training or retraining necessary to gain entry into business, technical, trade, and health occupations. Training is also provided to those wishing to change careers or advance in their present positions.
Each of the academic courses and career program areas offered at Camden County Technical Schools relies heavily on the district's extensive computer network. The district has over 1,400 networked computers available for student use. In 1999, CCTS was ranked as one of the 100 most wired high schools in the nation by Family PC Magazine. CCTS has made the commitment to continue the use of technology to provide the best possible training for its students. In an ever-changing world, the most knowledgeable students have the best chance of success.
