Gloucester Township has targeted Camden County’s Health Services Complex for redevelopment.  The project is consistent with the Township’s comprehensive economic development program and as with all of the Township’s economic redevelopment projects, is intended to spur economic growth, expand the tax base, create jobs, and improve the community’s quality of life.  The goal of the project is long term redevelopment, attraction of private capital, and effective use of property.  Through a partnership with the County, the Township will develop the area using principles of smart growth redevelopment.
