Capital Reality and Development and Ceruzzi Holdings have developed a 43 acre mixed use center in the Township’s Cross Keys section. The first phase of the retail center opened in August 2003.  It consists of a 57,560 square foot Acme Supermarket, 31,250 square feet of satellite retail space and five out-parcels.  Construction on Phase Two will consist of an additional 100,000 square feet of retail, office and flex space.
