Lakeside Business Park is a 100 acre business park on Williamstown Road. The project is being developed by the Granite Group. The five-phase development includes 219,000 s.f. of prime class A office condominiums designed for professional/medical users from 1,000 s.f. Lakeside is directly adjacent to the Nike Missile Base.
Buyers/ tenants have the choice to purchase/rent any number of units and buildings can be built-to-suit up to 40,000 square feet. The first phase of development included 26,000 s.f. of office building area and twenty-six building units. The second phase of development, which includes 42,000 s.f., is underway. A little more than one quarter (ΒΌ) of the entire project is complete. Currently, 65,000 square feet have been sold and leased.
Existing and future tenants include: the NJ Dive Academy, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Aflac. Later this quarter, Ryan Homes will move its Regional Headquarters to the park, in an 8,300 square foot build-to-suit project.
From its location facing Williamstown Road, Lakeside Business Park provides convenient access to all of Southern New Jersey. The Park is just one mile from the Atlantic City Expressway, with close proximity to Route 42 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
