The Town Square Plaza Shopping Center is the most recent construction project in the Cross Keys section of the Township.  It is located on a 60 acre site at Berlin-Cross Keys Road and Williamstown-Erial Road.  The $50 million project will create approximately 400,000 square feet of commercial retail and restaurant space.  Anchored by two of the fastest growing, dominant retailers in the United States, Target and Lowe’s Home Centers, the project is located within the Township’s New Vision Redevelopment Zone, an area designated by the Township for commercial development.

Other tenants anticipated are Applebees, PetSmart, Circuit City, Michaels, SuperWawa, Sleepy's Mattress, Beneficial Bank, and Chick-fil-A.  Several small shops are expected to fill the remaining commercial space.  The first retailers, including Target, are expected to open in the fall of 2006 with the last stores to open by spring, 2007.  The project is being developed by Newman Gloucester Associates.
