COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is as annual report designed to provide information on how Gloucester Township used its Community Development Block Grant funds during its most recently completed program year of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The CAPER provides a concise description of each activity for which funds were budgeted and expended during this reporting period, as well as providing information on activity accomplishments.
The CDBG regulations require that the CAPER be made available to the public, prior to it being submitted to HUD on September 28, 2011. Interested persons may review a copy of the CAPER in the Gloucester Township Grants Office, Municipal Building, 1261 Chews Landing Road at Hider Lane, Blackwood, N.J., 08021.
