Gloucester Township Essays
Students of Gloucester Township Elementary 4th and 5th grade students wrote essays on why Gloucester Township is a great place to live. The students also created posters, which are currently on display in the Mayor's Office, and will be posted online in the near future.

"Why Gloucester Township is a great place to live!"
"Buzz, chirp" these are the soothing sounds of a place I like to call home, New Jersey. Somethings I love about New Jersey, especially Gloucester Township are... the wonderful, education-filled schools, the protection and security surrounding us, and most of all how everyone is welcome. All different customs and cultures. Gloucester Township is the best place to live.
Education is a big part of our lives and where's the best place to go to school... New Jersey. The New Jersey schools try the best they possibly can by helping the students until they succeed. There are so many different Elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools and colleges. So if you live in New Jersey you are most likely succeeding.
Another big part of New Jersey is the protection and security given by the help of the police, firefighters, and ambulances. These true American heros are there for you and your family in the blink of an eye, 24/7.
The best part of Gloucester Township is everyone is welcome. All different shapes, sizes, cultures, and customs. So I feel everyone is free to do what they want: get a good education, clean up streets and stand hand in hand in this lovely town.
So as you can see the Gloucester Township is a terrific place to live, I love living here and I hope you do too.

Gloucester Township is a great place to live. Why you ask, well the township of Gloucester is historical, friendly, and has a lot of activities.
The history of Gloucester Township goes way back, for example Gabreil Daveis Tavern, the red caboose, and the cemeteries. In Gloucester Township, children can learn and have fun at the historical sites of Gloucester Township.
Gloucester Township is a close knit community. It's filled with friendly people, friendly children, adults, and elders. Children and adults will make a lot of new friends in the beautiful township.
Gloucester Township should be spelled F-U-N. Fun! That is the first word that pops into my head when I think of Gloucester Township.There's a lot to do, like going to parks, playgrounds, lakes, and more. Children can meet lots of new friends at these places.
I hope you think that Gloucester Township is an amazing place to live just like I do. Move to Gloucester Township and it will be a life filled with fun, learning, and friendship.

"Why Gloucester Township is a great place to live."
Gloucester Township has supported me through this short year. I am new here, so far Gloucester Township has been grasping me with intelligence with my education and respect for others. Even though I'm new in this township, it has taught me to feel at home. The experiences I had at Gloucester Township will lead me to success for the life ahead of me.
What's helping me move the most to success is the education township. Learning brings everything to life. To get a job, you need to have the knowledge that you need to get that job and have a good life. Not only learning, but it teaches manners like not talking while your listening to someone. That gives you full understanding for an assignment or anything due to pass on in life. The school you go to teaches you not to talk at all when you are not supposed to. The schools in this township are well organized for teaching from elementary to high school.
Gloucester Township teaches young and old to understand ways of life itself. Especially for young people. They need to know what to be like; what to act like and know what they will face. The adults of this generation create a great example for younger people. Gloucester Township passes on great examples of learning and responsibility from generation to generation.
One thing about Gloucester Township is that you know you and the ones you care for will always be safe. The government of this township guarantee your safety. They give their full effort to make sure the citizens of the township have 100% of protection. Their providing efforts include the Gloucester Township police, the Gloucester Township fire department, the Gloucester Township health system and the wonderful volunteers and workers give us their time to give us safety.
Gloucester Township is responsible for giving us the best education examples for the young and safety. They did give it to us this year. Gloucester Township has gave me the knowledge to pass on. All of the citizens of America who live in Gloucester Township will get the knowledge. Gloucester Township is big enough for all of us.

Gloucester Township is a great place to live. Everybody in your community helps you, keeps the community clean, and they all get along together.
Gloucester Township is a great place to live because your teachers and teacher aides, can help you with your school work. Also, the guidance counselors can help you with your problems in school and at home.
Another reason that Gloucester Township is a great place to live is that the fire department, and the police officers are able to to help you. Like if your house catches on fire, or someone in your family goes missing, or something else happens, the police officers and the fire department are there to help.
Also, every time the first Saturday in June comes, we have Gloucester Township Day. Gloucester Township Day is when the whole community gets together and celebrates. There they have food, games, rides, fireworks, music, choir, and the playground that is there.
That's why Gloucester Township is a great place to live!

"Why Gloucester Township is a great place to live!"
When you're thinking of great townships or communities, I bet the first one that comes to mind is Gloucester Township. We are a close knit community, not a lot of crimes happen here and there are tons of great schools.
Gloucester Township is a very close knit community. When there is any problem, there is always help on the way. Friendly neighbors are on every corner. We all work together! We clean up parks, help friends in the need and always try to make our township a better place to live.
Next let's talk about how safe Gloucester Township is. There are low crime sightings here. On the news you hear tons of stories about robberies and stolen children, but never do you hear about Gloucester Township.
Last is the most important. Gloucester Township has great schools. From colleges to elementary schools they are great. Two examples are Charles W. Lewis and Highland High School.
Gloucester Township is so amazing! Who wouldn't want to live here!?

"Why Gloucester Township is a great place to live!"
When you think of great places to live you think of New York or Boston, but not Gloucester Township. I wonder why they think that! What people don't understand is that you don't need to have good celebrities or great sports teams where you live like New York or Boston. Gloucester Township can beat them any day, anytime. Here's why:
Gloucester Township has a lot and I mean a lot of recreational activities or sights like the parks, playgrounds, the real caboose and even the lakes. Without these activities and sights Gloucester Township would be no fun.
Another reason why Gloucester Township is a great place to live is there low crime. That is just what Gloucester Township needs. The children and even the teens are safe on the street.
Clean neighborhoods are another reason why Gloucester Township is a great place to live. If we had cigarettes or bottle caps on the streets the dogs would choke and that has not happened yet and I hope it won't happen.
Gloucester Township is such a close knit community where ever somebody goes half of the time you might know them or if someone needs help they would always help them.
The best part of Gloucester Township is the great educational schools. They make us feel at home and make learning so much more fun as it is. The teachers are nice and the schools are clean.
Some people think if it's a small community and they never heard of it before they think of Gloucester Township and robberies. But I don't know why? Just because you never heard of the town before doesn't mean it's a bad place to live!
Living in Gloucester Township has been a blast so far. I don't think I would have been a good person as I am today if it wasn't for Gloucester Township. I loved living in Gloucester Township and I'm sure my friends and family have too! And this I'm sure of. Everyone I know could say there is no place like Gloucester Township over and over and over again. No lie!

Gloucester Township is a wonderful place to live. Our close knit community welcomes new families and families that have lived here a life time. With great schools and fun recreational activities, Gloucester Township provides a safe and educational environment. So, who wouldn't want to live in Gloucester Township?
Gloucester Township is a great place to live. Our community is friendly to everyone who resides here. No matter what color, race, or ethnicity you are you're always welcomed. With great neighborhood events like the "Pumpkin Festival," you can meet fellow neighbors and friends to socialize with.
Not only that, but children like me have different opportunities also. The schools here in Gloucester Township are some of the best in Camden County. And after school, great recreational activities await you. Parks like Veterans Memorial Park provide a safe and clean way to have fun. Different sports programs are available to all ages, and are helpful to get us kids out of the house. And historic houses like Gabriel Davis Tavern help us to learn history!
Gloucester Township fits everyone's needs. From seniors to toddlers, our town provides a safe and enjoyable community. Great schools and activities provide a way for our children to enjoy their home. Historical sites teach people of all ages. I love the beautiful sites to see here in Gloucester Township. Ever since I've moved here, I loved the people, places, and the things. I love and always will Gloucester Township, and that is why Gloucester Township is a great place to live!

Gloucester Township is a great place to live because it's fantastical, and it has the most friendliest people in the whole universe. The police are respectful and protective.
Another reason Gloucester Township is a great place to live is because it's peaceful. You'll also be happy if you have children because the Gloucester Township Public Schools give your children an outstanding education. You'll be shocked!
Gloucester Township is amazing and you'll be happy when you come to Gloucester Township. Every single day you wake up in Gloucester Township you're already happy. It's also full of helpful people. We fundraise for people who need help. Some day I hope for you to come to Gloucester Township and you will see what I'm talking about.
