Gloucester Township Senior Campus 1 is an affordable housing development with 75 apartments for seniors 62 and older.
Located on 5 acres of Historic land known as Lakeland in Gloucester Township, Camden County, Senior Campus 1 consists of (69), 708 square foot one bedroom apartments and (6), 856 square foot two bedroom apartments.
Senior Campus 1 is an affordable housing community with maximum income restrictions of $27,250.00 for a single applicant and $31,100.00 for two applicants. The one bedroom rents for $611.00 which includes the water sewer and trash.
As a newly constructed facility, Senior Campus 1 has many updated features; a community room with full size kitchen and a courtyard with plenty of benches and a wonderful view of Lakeland.
